I've owned a lot of these sweet little vases over the years...I was born in 1960 so I guess pottery weed pots were a part of my childhood! Many were imported from Japan in the 1960s-1980s by companies like Otagiri and Takahashi, but the mid century forms and styles were also made by American potters. The 2 larger vases in the photograph were made in Japan and the smaller 2 were made in the United States.
I just can't resist these little Mid Century vases!
