This is a pair of vintage SNORRE NORSK TINN PEWTER BJH 14 candle holders. They are the bigger size measuring 4 7/8" at the base x 3 1/2" tall. The design is alternating panels of embossed Viking Warriors on Horseback and Dragon boats. They can hold 2 sizes of candles: 3/4" (2 cm) or 1 1/4" (4.5 cm). The blue-violet felt padding on the bottoms is somewhat worn and there is a slight dent at the top edge of one holder, it was probably dropped at some point. Otherwise they are in great condition. The makers marks are inside the holes for the candle and these were made in Norway.
