This is a beautiful Stetson felted wool Scoutmaster campaign style hat. It is great condition, the only problem I see is a nick in the brim, probably moth damage. The leather hat band is also in great condition, all intact, just a surface crack in the adjustable narrow strap. The band has BSA on one side, the boy scout logo at the back and a brass slider with the American flag with the word CITIZENSHIP below. The 4 hole crown is in great shape with 4 vent holes. The inside leather sweat band has the initials JH written on the inner side and a number stamp 23328 and the boy scout seal, the STETSON seal and SCOUT MASTER stamped on the visible side of the sweat band. The chin strap end has been broken off at one of the adjustment holes and there are some water spots on the outer brim. There is no size tag, the inner circumference at the sweat band is 22" so I guess a size 7 or small. This is a beautiful hat in remarkable condition!
