This is a vintage heavy glass tray for holding ink pens on the desk. These trays were used to display beautiful pens and keep them handy for use, probably also to keep ink messes contained. This one is heavy glass with beveled edges and measures 9 1/8" long x 2 1/4" wide x 7/8" high. It is in good condition except for a tiny flake chip at one end. It holds 4 sets of notches and would be a great way to display 4 lovely old pens!
