This is a beautiful blue, red and white loom woven, overshot coverlet made from wool and cotton or linen. It is probably over 100 years old and shows some wear and repairs. There are no holes and the hand sewn hems are in good shape at both ends. It has a double weave pattern with the same design on both sides but the colors are in reverse. This coverlet was woven in 2 parts, each about 33" wide which were sewn together to make a coverlet measuring 66" wide x 92" long. It is in good condition with repairs and there are some stains. Please study the photos carefully.
