This is a set of 6 Stonehenge Midwinter Sun pattern stoneware cups and saucers from the 1970s. They have great mid century style and color and were made in England by the Wedgwood company. The makers marks on the bottom of the cups read: Midwinter /FINE TABLEWARE / STAFFORDSHIRE ENGLAND, 1 cup has #36, 3 cups #16, 2 cups #29. The cups measure 3 1/2" diameter x 2 1/2" tall and hold 8 fl ounces. The saucers have a 6 1/4" diameter and makers marks on the bottoms read: Stonehenge / Midwinter / MADE IN ENGLAND, and each has a letter X, W, or A. 3 of the cups have some crazing of the glaze in the bottom inside but otherwise they're all in great condition, no chips or cracks. I purchased this group of 6 cups and 9 saucers and will include all 15 pieces unless you let me know you don't want the extra saucers. This is a beautiful set!
