This is a sweet little train case! It is a Samsonite, style number 4615 Shwayder Bros, Inc. case made in Denver, CO in the 1930s or 40s. The little case measures just 10" x 15" and has slanted sides measuring 6 3/4" at the bottom x 5 1/4" at the top. The green sateen interior has nice details such as a divider cover on one side with hooks and grommets to hold it closed and a clasp to hold it open. The other side has 3 pockets and there is a key! The hardware is all in good working order. The little case has some water damage to the interior with a bit of rust (see photos). A nice little Samsonite case!
