This is a great vintage Industrial style metal plant tray. I'm not sure what the original purpose was, there are 2 hooks at each end so it probably hung in some kind of machine. It is silver in color, measures 10" x 19" x 4 3/8" high to the top of the hooks. I have used it for display of potted plants and there is no rust. It has a nice vintage industrial, mid century look!
