This is the Golden Nature Guide book, "Stars" by Golden Press and Western Printing and Lithographing Company. It was written by Herbert Zim and Robert Baker and illustrated by James Gordon Irving. The little book measures 4" x 6" and is in worn, used condition with quite a bit of wear around the edges. This one has a 1956 copyright. I love these charming little pocket guides, there were 30+ titles published from the 1950s to the 1980s. I have several of these and will do a discount if you purchase more than one.
