This is a great vintage leather suitcase! It measures 12 3/4" x 18" x 6 1/4" high and is in good used condition. It has some wear on the bottom and a tear in the trim at one corner (please study the photos carefully). There is no makers mark that I can find, but the brass clasps have the following imprinted information: PAT.117954 / MADE IN U.S.A. There is also the number 0593 on the lock plate. The purple satin moire pattern lining is in nice condition and has 5 interior pockets. It looks like there was a snap in pocket at the left end at one time. There is a stain on the lining, see photos and there is no key. This little suitcase has such charming character with its alligator print,lovely purple interior and great style!
