This is a vintage green-stripe restaurant ware china plate made by The Trenle Blake China Co. of Ravenswood W. VA. The 9" dinner plate is in fair condition, it has some flaws, one spot on the front, a glaze run on the back and there are some utensil marks. This company had a great logo of a Raven on a branch and reads: THE TRENLE BLAKE CHINA CO. / RAVENSWOOD / W. VA. These green stripe dishes were made by many companies, commonly used in restaurants and are extremely durable.
