This is a great vintage ink stamper holder! It holds 6 stampers and spins. This one is a bit unusual, it has a top that adjusts, possibly to hold an ink pad? or some kind of advertising? I'm not sure, but it is in good condition and I don't see any maker's marks. The rack stands 6 3/4" tall with a 5 1/4" base diameter.
