This is a nice little Sengbusch Ideal Junior stamp moistener/roller from the 1950s or 60s. It was made in Milwaukee, WI. This roller is 2" x 2 1/2" x just over 2" tall and has a crack on one side (see photos). These were once on desks in every office!
