This is a vintage taxidermy alligator head. It is small, about 5 3/4" long x 2 3/4" wide. The gator head has felt covering the back and bottom and the eyes are glass. He does have a little damage to the front of the lower jaw and there are a few broken teeth, see photos. He would make a great addition to your cabinet of curiosities or taxidermy collection!
