This is a pair of glass towel rods from the beginning of the 20th century. The clear rod is longer, 24" long with a 1" diameter, the ends taper down to 7/8" diameter, on one end the taper is 1" long and the other end is 1/2".
The green rod has is 20" long with a 1" diameter, the ends don't really taper on this one, but one end is ground (frosted) and has a large chip and this rod has some rust stains. I understand these rods can be cut to the size you need and these have no hardware with them.
