This is a really sweet little metal mesh purse made to clip on a lady's belt. I think it was meant to hold a perfumed cotton ball. I'm not sure what the metal is, but there is some wear to the plating. It is great condition, just a bit of wear patina on the pretty embossed patterns on the clip and top of the purse. The clip is 1 1/2" long and the tiny purse measures 1 1/4" x 1 1/2".
