This is a nice antique MASON'S PATENT NOV 30th 1858 quart jar. It is 7" tall with the Ball zinc lid. There are no cracks or chips and no bottom marks. There are a lot of reproductions of this jar out there, but this is authentic, I have owned it for 25 years. I purchased it with a lot of old jars at a farm auction in Iowa. There is wear on the bottom which also indicates use and age.
