This is a vintage Buffalo China restaurant ware plate. It measures 9" in diameter and has no cracks or chips, quite a lot of utensil scratches. I love this black pattern-one I haven't seen before! The marks on the back read: BUFFALO / CHINA / U.S.A. / 010.
