This is a great restaurant ware plate by Buffalo China. The plate measures 9" in diameter and has a scalloped edge. It was probably made for a restaurant or diner named "Pearls" since that is the name printed at the top in blue. There are also thin double blue lines circling the plate. It's in great condition and the marks on the back read: BUFFALO / CHINA / U.S.A. / 504H.
