This is a great ceramic toothbrush holder with towel hook. It would look great with subway tile and has a deep cup with a drainage hole in the bottom. It has holes for mounting, the back plate measures 4" x 6" and the cup is 6 1/4" long. I don't know how old this is, but it has old paint on the back and marks showing it was mounted on a wall at one time. It's quite heavy.
