This is a great old pair of Italian marble Art Deco style bookends! They have seen some use, have some chipped corners and edges. I love this look and the only way to get it is from years of use!! It looks like the marble was dyed green and there is a varnish coating that has worn off in places. (see photos) The bookends measure 4 1/8" x 4 1/4" at the base x 4 7/8" tall. The bottom sticker says MADE IN ITALY and 51 R.
