This is a beautiful set of Hans Myhre enameled silver bird earrings. I believe they were made in Norway in the 1950s, and are sterling silver, screw back earrings. The earrings have a guilloche engraved design to create feather texture under the yellow enamel. The birds are 1" long from wing tip to beak and in great condition except for a small chip in the enamel near the eye on one bird. The marks on the back of each bird read: 925 S / STERLING /
MADE IN / NORWAY with the anchor (Hans Myhre's symbol). The screw backs were made by Karl A. Rasmussen and the screw head bears his axe mark and 830S (too tiny to see in the photo).
