This is a pair of beautiful & unusual white dishes by Meissen Porcelain of Germany. They are white with an interesting design of 2 central medallions, one showing a woman holding an owl with stars and moon and the other a woman with a singing bird and flowers. The back of the plates has the Meissen mark, blue crossed swords and impressed swords with weifs and '81, 53609. The dishes measure 1" x 5 1/4" x 6 1/4", perfect condition, no chips or cracks.
