A pretty brown transferware bread plate by Royal Staffordshire. It has the Poppy design of the Clarice Cliff Dinnerware collection made in the 1940s. The plate has no chips, cracks or crazing and measures 6 1/4" in diameter. The bottom marks read: VITRIFIED / HARVEST / Royal / Staffordshire / ROYAL SEMI PORCELAIN / A.J.WILKINSON LTD / ENGLAND / Clarice Cliff / Dinnerware, and has the Crown in the center.
