This is a beautiful small English bone china sugar & creamer set. It was made by the Shelly company in the 1940s or 50s and the pattern is Rose, Pansy, Forget-me-not #13424. The little tray measures 4 1/8" x 7" and there are no cracks or chips. A charming little set!
