This is a lovely vintage black velvet clutch bag, made in India. It has gold and silver bullion stumpwork on the front and on the strap on the back. The clutch measures 5" x 8" and is 1" thick. It has 3 compartments and a snap closure. It's in good condition, just 1 small mark in the velvet on the back (see photos). A beautiful little bag in great condition!
