This is a vintage tin mechanical toy duck riding a tricycle. It is from the 1980s and in good working condition. The duck is 8 1/2" tall and when you wind the key he drives around with the fan blades spinning on top of his head! MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY is marked on the back lower right edge of his jacket.
